IAM SailPoint ISC Engineer

What Success Looks Like In This Role
SailPoint ISC Engineering & Implementation
Design, configure, test, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, access certification, and governance workflows, based on Regeneron's specific business requirements.
Build and customize SailPoint connectors, transforms, workflows, and rules to meet client-specific integration needs.
Configure and maintain Sandbox and Production environments with the agreed in-scope capabilities.
Translate business and security requirements into scalable SailPoint ISC solution designs.
Coding & Automation
Develop custom code (Java/Beanshell, Python, PowerShell, or REST API-based scripts) to extend SailPoint ISC functionality beyond out-of-the-box configuration.
Build and maintain API-based integrations between SailPoint ISC and downstream/upstream applications.
Automate recurring identity lifecycle and provisioning tasks through scripting.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Create technical documentation including integration runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Complete knowledge transfer to the SailPoint AMS Operations team to ensure smooth transition to steady-state support.
Collaboration & Support
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, present architectural solutions, and ensure successful testing and deployment.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for SailPoint-related issues.
Support ongoing IAM operations and related cybersecurity activities as directed by Regeneron management
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or an equivalent field.
