Position Summary: The Engineer Manager for OWM reports to the Director of Manufacturing for OMW. The position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical activities of the department.

Set-up of new part specifications
Compliance with customer specific and special characteristic requirements
Set up of APQP document set
Development of tool set for new parts
Improvement of tool sets for existing parts
Resolution of tool replated production and quality issues

Develop of new processes to facilitate introduction of additional product families.
