Inventory Execution & Process Administration
Process WSS purchase orders, inventory requests, stock rebalances, and returns for Sourcing materials across assigned accounts enrolled in the Sourcing VMI program.
Monitor key inventory indicators—such as min/max fill rates, stockouts, and order frequency—to identify opportunities for increased stock integration.
Utilize and maintain WSS purchasing software tools (WISE, Trucommerce/Datalliance, and related systems) for item setup, alert resolution, and routine reorders.
Handle credit requests and issuances for defectives, concealed damages, shipping discrepancies, price discrepancies, etc. for Sourcing sold inventory.
Facilitate rebalances and returns for all Sourcing material
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Monitor purchasing and operational trends across assigned accounts to identify conversion barriers and track progression toward core account benchmarks.
Participate in periodic account reviews to demonstrate the value of Sourcing programs to local company leadership.
Share insights with departmental leadership regarding common opportunistic account needs to help refine network onboarding and conversion strategies.
Other duties as assigned, including occasional overnight travel (up to 10%) as needed.
Competencies for Success
Effectively balance high-volume daily inquires in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to rapidly learn industry product knowledge.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution or a related field.
Experience considered in lieu of a degree.
3+ years’ experience of progressive B2B inside sales, account management, or wholesale distribution experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Multi-category product guidance capabilities across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and PVF lines.
Hands-on experience supporting Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and familiarity with purchasing tools like WISE and Trucommerce/Datalliance.
