Blue Crane Communications (BCC) is launching the pilot phase of our Global Engineering & Solutions Centre (GESC) in Pakistan.
We are looking for a small group of exceptional engineers who want to help build something from the ground up.
BCC is evolving from a traditional systems integrator into an Intelligent Infrastructure & Managed Operations company.

The GESC will become the engineering and solution-development engine supporting BCC projects across Africa and other international markets.
1. Lead – Digital Engineering & Solution Architecture
This is the most important hire in the pilot.
You will help build the engineering architecture behind BCC2030 — translating customer operational problems into integrated technology and engineering solutions.
We are particularly interested in candidates with multidisciplinary exposure across automation, electrical systems, BMS, IoT, OT, data platforms, digital twins and intelligent infrastructure.
