oking for a proactive, organized, and sales-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Handle
customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, IndiaMART, and other B2B platforms.* Underst
and customer requirements and coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing and material availability.* Prepare
quotations and proforma invoices, and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.* Coordin
ate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth order execution.* Follow
up with customers for pending payments and maintain outstanding payment records.* Generat
e new leads, develop customer relationships, and identify business opportunities.* Maintai
n daily sales reports, customer databases, quotations, and order records using Excel or Google Sheets.

mmunication and interpersonal skills.* Basic k
nowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business.* Strong
follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.* Good nu
merical understanding and attention to detail.* A proac
