Java Technical Lead

Role Description The Java Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a development team, reviewing and optimizing code, defining application architecture, and guiding the implementation of Jakarta EE and microservices-based solutions. The role involves collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in development processes. This is a temporary, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring active participation in in-person meetings, team coordination, and hands-on technical leadership throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
Strong Software Development and Programming skills in Java, with experience in leading technical teams.
Hands-on expertise with Jakarta EE for building enterprise-grade applications.
Practical experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
Solid understanding and application of Design Patterns in complex software systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with build tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a cross-functional team.
