They’re hiring a Staff / Senior Software Engineer to ship mission-critical systems from day one. TypeScript monorepo, end-to-end type safety, 100% infrastructure-as-code, AI-native architecture - not bolted-on AI, but AI-first from the ground up. Responsibilities
Architect, build, and launch complex multi-step AI agents that automate mission-critical operational workflows
Integrate with third-party APIs to generate documents, produce automated underwriting results, and prevent fraud
Build and scale job processing infrastructure on AWS for improved observability and reliability
Design and scale complex relational DB schemas - performant storage, retrieval, and updates at enterprise scale
Develop full-stack features from design through deployment, maintaining end-to-end type safety
Mentor junior engineers in both technical and soft skills
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong TypeScript proficiency with hands-on examples of complex systems built recently
Experience scaling high-throughput distributed systems on AWS with Terraform
Full-stack: React frontend, Node/Express backend, GraphQL/Apollo, PostgreSQL
Familiarity with modern AI product development - evals, experiment design, dataset curation
Tech Stack
