As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through every step of their care experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting case acceptance in a fast-paced dental environment.
You’ll work closely with patients, providers, and office teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience from consultation to treatment completion. 💙
📋 Key Responsibilities
🦷 Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently
💳 Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment estimates
💰 Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients
📅 Guide patients through scheduling and treatment follow-through
📋 Support case acceptance and patient education
💻 Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
🤝 Assist with daily patient flow and overall office operations
✅ Skills & Qualifications
✔️ Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment planning
✔️ Proven ability to present treatment plans and support case acceptance
✔️ Excellent communication and patient education skills
✔️ Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
✔️ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✔️ Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar practice management systems
✔️ Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

✔️ Recent experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator within the last 5 years is required
✔️ Previous experience in roles such as:
Treatment Coordinator
