Field Service Coordinator HVAC is a process and HVAC subject matter expert in their assigned region. The duties include but are not limited to; customer service, providing tactical direction, establishing priorities, assigning tasks, coordinating projects, and support to the Regional Manager as well as to the Teams. Field Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Team performs work safely, provides quality workmanship, is trained in technical skills, and complies with reporting processes and functions. The Field Service Coordinator reports to the Regional Manager, they will also complete other duties as assigned. They are expected to spend 65% of their time on billable work orders.
