Administer accident and incident reporting, including coordination with first responders, law enforcement, insurance and recovery companies, and headquarters, and keep leadership informed accurately and on time
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including local police and transportation officials, to maintain Torc’s reputation in the community
Collaborate with Safety, Finance, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, and others to plan for site financial, staffing, and technology needs
Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on hiring, onboarding, goal setting, career development, performance management, and employee relations
Help create and maintain procedures that protect the confidentiality of company, site, and program materials
