Job Details:
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the execution of the Tyson Brands category brand strategies at the customer level that deliver Annual Operating Plan AOP profit targets by achieving targeted:
Volume
Gross Sales After Trade GSAT
Trade as a Percent of Revenue TAPR
DSMPA distribution shelving merchandising pricing and activation compliance
Additional Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities include:
Understanding the customer s key objectives strategies and implementing collaborative business plans that deliver long-term mutual growth
Customizing
Selling and implementing corporate strategies and Category Leadership programs with the customer
This position is the key point of contact with the Walmart buyers and their staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: 5 plus years of relevant CPG experience preferably to include a combination of Sales Customer Management Customer Trade Marketing and Category Management.
Computer skills: Standard computer skills; high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft software Retail Link experience a plus
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Travel: 1-3 trips
