Role Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting and delivering Icertis SAP Solution Extension engagements, working closely with customers, SAP, implementation partners, Product, CloudOps, and internal Icertis teams to ensure successful solution design, implementation, adoption, and go-live.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Act as a customer-facing Solution Consultant for SAP–Icertis Solution Extension engagements.
Lead solution design, configuration guidance, best-practice recommendations, and technical/functional workshops across SAP and Icertis.
Work closely with SAP, customers, and implementation partners to understand requirements, resolve design challenges, and drive project success.
Support SAP Ariba / S/4HANA integration and Icertis Contract Intelligence use cases, including solution architecture and configuration.
Provide project oversight and hands-on support across key phases—from discovery and design through UAT, go-live, and post-go-live handover.
Partner with Product and CloudOps on complex issues, product capabilities, enhancements, and customer-specific challenges.
Contribute to standardization, reusable assets, best practices, accelerators, and knowledge management for the SolEx program.
Support customer adoption, value realization, and expansion by identifying opportunities and ensuring successful usage of the solution.
Help strengthen the SAP–Icertis partnership through enablement, workshops, field feedback, and continuous improvement of the SolEx engagement model.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, or technology consulting.
Experience with SAP Ariba / S/4HANA, preferably across Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes.
Strong understanding of solution design, configuration, integrations, and implementation lifecycle.
Experience working with customers, SAP, implementation partners, and cross-functional internal teams.
Exposure to Icertis / Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
