Senior Program/Project Manager

iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to Join our Team!
*This is a Contract, Hybrid Role in the San Francisco, CA Area!*

We are seeking a seasoned project/program leader to drive operational, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives. The role focuses on improving scalability, efficiency, execution, and business processes, including process redesign, operating-model improvements, system implementations, and system upgrades.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of operational and transformation programs.
Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project intake, prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Track progress and provide concise status reporting to executives and stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams.
Facilitate working sessions, decision forums, and executive readouts.
Assess current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes.
Design and document future-state processes and operating models.
Lead process redesign and workflow optimization.
Support new system implementations and system upgrades.
Drive organizational change, adoption, training, communications, and enablement.
Measure post-implementation effectiveness and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Seven+ years of project management experience.
Experience leading operational, transformation, or process-improvement initiatives.
Experience in retail, eCommerce, B2B, or B2C environments.
Experience supporting Marketing Operations, Product Operations, Sales, or similar functions.
Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
Advanced skills with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart, and Dashboard and report development for executive-ready presentations and materials.
Pay rate: $120,000 to $140,000/year.
