About the Role
We are looking for an Accounting Software Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in accounting software configuration, implementation, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure accounting software based on client requirements.
Set up Chart of Accounts, taxes, ledgers, and opening balances.
Understand business transactions and map them to appropriate accounting entries.
Validate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
Gather client requirements, conduct user training, and support go-live.
Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and coordinate with technical teams.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in accounting software implementation or ERP implementation.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
Understanding of financial reports, transaction flows, and bank reconciliation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with POS/ERP systems and VAT/GST is an added advantage.
