Affiliate Program Manager

Full-time contract, 3-month initial term extending to 12 months | $100,000 base + uncapped bonus per new customer

Mile High Compounds is a family-owned and operated research peptide company in Colorado. Every batch goes through our 15X testing panel, which checks what others skip, and the results are posted for anyone to read. We've been in the industry for over a year and a half, we're already a trusted, well-recognized brand, and we're growing fast. Our customers keep coming back. What we need now is a steady flow of new ones, and we want affiliates to be our biggest source of them.
THE ROLE
You'll own our affiliate program end to end. That means recruiting new partners, bringing quiet ones back, and building a program that sends us hundreds of new customers every month. You'll report to the founder and our operations lead. The job is to grow the program, not just keep the one we have running.
This is a contract role. It starts with a 3-month initial term, and when the program is on track it extends to a 12-month contract.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
We're building our own affiliate app, made for creators. Affiliates will be able to boost their code during a TikTok Live and watch their sales come in as they happen, along with much more. For you, it comes with incredibly in-depth reporting and a set of tools built to make your life easier: who's bringing new customers, who's gone quiet, payouts, approvals and the weekly numbers, all in one place. You'll help shape it and get to pitch something no other affiliate program in our space has.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Recruit new affiliates: creators, review sites, coaches, communities, newsletters and content publishers.
• Hold weekly calls with our affiliates to plan promotions, share what's working and fix problems fast.
• Bring inactive affiliates back and help our top partners grow.
• Run the program day to day: onboarding, links and codes, payouts and reporting.
• Give affiliates what they need to sell: offers, creative, product information and fast answers.
• Be the team's eyes and ears on our affiliate app: collect what affiliates run into, report bugs and ideas to the team, and help make the app better every week.
• Keep every partner compliant. That means no health, medical or dosing claims, and every product presented for research use only.
• Report weekly on new customers from affiliates, top partners and what you're changing next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A serious network you bring with you. Creators, influencers, review sites, coaches, communities and newsletters in health, fitness, wellness or longevity who already know you and pick up when you call.
• 5+ years in affiliate or partner marketing, including at least one program you built or scaled from early stage into seven figures.
• A track record of recruiting affiliates yourself, not inheriting them.
• Experience in research compounds, supplements, health and wellness, nutraceuticals or another regulated or high-risk vertical.
• Comfort with numbers. You judge partners by the new customers they bring, not by clicks or sign-ups.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as GoAffPro, Refersion, Impact or similar.
• Based in the US. Works independently and moves fast.
PAY AND TERM
• $100,000/year base (Hourly equivalent during initial 3 month period)
• A $15 bonus for every new customer from affiliates (links or codes) above 190 a month, which is about where the program is today. Paid monthly. There's no cap.
• Example: 300 new customers a month earns about $21,600 a year in bonus, and 600 a month earns about $75,600.
• 3-month initial contract, extending to 12 months.
• Your 90-day goal is 400 new customers a month from affiliates.
HOW TO APPLY
Send a short note covering one affiliate program you grew: where it started, where it was when you left, and how many of the affiliates you recruited are still active. Then tell us who/what types of people you could bring to us in your first 90 days. Names or types of partners, and roughly how many monthly sales they bring. Include your resume.
