Role Description The Record Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Record Manager will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, uploading, downloading, backing up and updating physical and digital records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and easy retrieval. Daily tasks include implementing record management policies, classifying and indexing documents, overseeing archiving processes, and ensuring online and offline compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to respond to information requests and executing tasks for external clients as well as internal team as per imternal policy. The Record Manager will also contribute to improving record-keeping systems, identifying gaps, and recommending process enhancements to strengthen documentation practices and ensure proper snd complete document availability to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
12+ with basic IT skills, graduates preferred.
Strong skills in Records Management and Document Management to organize, categorize, and maintain accurate files and record-keeping.
Good English reading and writing capabilities.
