Role Description The Senior Resource Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end resource planning and allocation across Oracle consulting, migration, and staffing projects. This role involves forecasting talent needs, managing the resource pool, and coordinating assignments to ensure optimal utilization and timely project delivery. The Senior Resource Manager collaborates closely with project managers, practice leads, and HR to identify skill gaps, manage hiring requirements, and support workforce planning. Day-to-day activities include tracking billable and bench resources, maintaining accurate resource dashboards, resolving allocation conflicts, and supporting bid and proposal processes with staffing plans and resource estimates. The role also contributes to continuous improvement in resource management processes, supports employee engagement initiatives, and helps align talent strategy with organizational growth plans.
Qualifications
Strong resource and workforce management skills, including capacity planning, utilization tracking, and allocation across multiple projects and clients.
Experience collaborating with project management and delivery teams in IT services, ERP consulting, or similar technology environments.
Ability to analyze staffing data, create reports and dashboards, and use insights to drive decisions on hiring, deployment, and skills development.
Knowledge of Oracle or ERP-focused delivery models, and familiarity with consulting or staffing operations in a global delivery setting.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and resolve resource conflicts.
Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in resource or project management are a plus.
Prior experience in a senior resource management, workforce planning, or delivery operations role within an IT or consulting organization is highly beneficial.
