Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Manager role based in Mira Bhayandar. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves leading and coaching the store team to meet performance targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and achieve sales objectives. The Retail Manager will monitor store metrics, analyze sales data, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, footfall, and revenue. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with central teams, managing vendor relationships, handling escalations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop staff in a fast-paced retail setting.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including understanding retail KPIs, upselling, and driving store revenue.
Relevant experience in retail or store management, preferably in grocery or e-commerce operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency.
Comfort with basic digital tools and POS systems; ability to learn new technology platforms as needed.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
