About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT/ Tech Recruiter to join our international technology recruitment team.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, primarily across DevOps, SRE, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Python, and Full Stack Development and more
This is a hands-on recruitment role with considerable autonomy, direct collaboration with international clients, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues. You will focus entirely on recruitment, with no business development or sales responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who can join us as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates through interviews, offers, and placement.
Recruit experienced technology professionals across international markets.
Partner with client's HR and hiring managers to clarify technical requirements, evaluate candidate suitability, and advise on recruitment decisions.
Develop sourcing strategies, identify relevant candidates, and build long-term professional relationships.
Conduct candidate interviews, assess technical background and motivation, and present qualified candidates to clients.
Manage candidate and client communication throughout the process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, including the effective use of AI and recruitment technologies.
What You Bring
3+ years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency or RPO- set up, with a strong focus on technical / IT positions - at least 2 years
Proven experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, data, or related technical roles.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
Practical experience recruiting candidates across different countries and international markets.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Fluent English and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients and candidates.
A proactive, independent working style, sound professional judgement, and a genuine interest in technology and recruitment.
