Senior Software Development Engineer In Test

QuickRekruit is looking for a strong Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with excellent Java programming skills and hands-on experience developing robust test automation frameworks.
We are looking for an engineering-focused QA professional who can write production-quality automation code, build reusable frameworks, and work closely with developers to ensure software quality.
🔹 Experience: 3+ years in SDET / Test Automation
🔹 Work Mode: Remote
🔹 Contract Duration: 12 months
🔹 Timezone: Must be available to work in the Australian (AUS) timezone
Key Requirements:
✅ Strong hands-on coding experience in Java
✅ Solid experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
✅ UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
✅ API testing and automation
✅ Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, debugging, and clean coding practices
✅ CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
✅ Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile development
✅ Ability to develop reliable, reusable, and maintainable test automation solutions
