US IT Recruiter

Primary Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through offer and placement.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to local market conditions and role requirements.
Assess candidates and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
Provide a positive, engaging experience for candidates throughout the application and interview process.
Maintain accurate, timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate status, interview progress, and offer details.
Use recruiting data to inform sourcing strategies, hiring decisions, and quality-of-hire improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
Comfortable to work in EST business hours.
Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, resume formatting, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Familiarity with U.S. employment types and terms, including 1099, W-2, and C2C, as well as work authorization and time zones.
Experience using recruiting platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience recruiting U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
Strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT skill sets.
Demonstrated sourcing and candidate-assessment skills.
Analytical thinking and sound judgment when evaluating candidates and recommending the right fit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional networks.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
