Job Description:
Withum's IT Department needs dependable, hands-on people for a short-term project. You'll help us move IT equipment between office locations and get workspaces set up and ready to use.
How You’ll Spend Your Time:
Disconnecting and decommissioning IT equipment, such as computers, monitors, docking stations and peripherals
Packing, loading, moving and delivering equipment to other locations
Installing and setting up equipment at new workstations
Unpacking boxes and organizing materials
Removing trash and packing materials
Cleaning up and preparing workstations
Helping with other IT tasks as needed
The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have The Following:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Reliable car/transportation to get to multiple work locations
Available for weekends and extended hours as needed
Works well on a team and on your own
Dependable, on time and able to follow directions
No degree or formal education required
Nice to Have
Some experience with computers, office moves or warehouse and labor work
