Our focus is on translating strong ideas into clear, high-quality visuals that communicate well and hold attention.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a part-time designer to support quick, day-to-day design needs across our content. This role is focused on executing fast-turnaround assets such as tweet tiles, carousels, and coach content. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Design tweet tiles, carousels, and short-form social content
Create coach assets such as quotes, frameworks, and educational visuals
Turn around quick design requests with speed and accuracy
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs
Collaborate with the team to translate rough ideas into clean visuals
Iterate quickly based on feedback
Have attention to details, focus and creative independency
Qualifications
Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, and hierarchy
Ability to produce clean, modern, and on-brand designs quickly
Experience designing for social media, especially Twitter/X and LinkedIn
High attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable working with fast turnaround times
Good communication and responsiveness
Must be highly proficient in Figma
