Be a visible leader onsite at least three days a week, encouraging in-person connection and presence.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior business leaders to drive workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and recruiting strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
Translate business needs into actionable recruiting plans that support both immediate headcount goals and long-term talent pipelines.
Leverage analytics and performance metrics to drive accountability, assess recruiting health, and optimize hiring efficiency and quality.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing insights into talent trends, market intelligence, and organizational design implications.
Champion operational excellence within the recruiting function by refining processes, deploying modern recruiting tools, and promoting scalable, compliant, and consistent practices.
Build cross-functional alignment to ensure collaboration and execution across HR, business units, and other key partners.
What we need to see:
At least 5 years of recruiting management and leadership experience overseeing full-cycle recruiting teams in complex or high-growth environments with 12+ years of overall experience.
Shown success driving the strategic direction of recruiting organizations, including crafting and implementing scalable recruiting models and operational frameworks.
Expertise in partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to deliver hiring solutions under demanding timelines.
Proficiency in using analytics, metrics, and market data to drive decisions and achieve measurable results.
Strong strategic insight, outstanding social skills, and the skill to translate strategic objectives into clear recruiting strategies.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets in high-performance, goal-oriented environments.
Detailed knowledge of recruiting guidelines, adherence to regulations, and creative sourcing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with Workday ATS, Eightfold or other enterprise applicant tracking systems.
Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change within a global or matrixed company.
Background in both high-tech companies and agency recruiting, blending strategic and operational execution experience.
Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining focus, accountability, and performance at scale.
Recognized by peers for discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to deliver hard news with compassion.
