Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess waste (dead stock), anticipating future material needs to maintain lean inventory.
Manage departmental budgets, audit vendor invoices to ensure accurate charges, and drive a strong ROI on all company spend.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Production to ensure procurement activities support the entire business ecosystem and satisfy internal customer needs.
Conduct ethical sourcing audits regarding supplier labor practices and environmental impact while solving straightforward supply chain problems using standard operating procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
