Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with strong English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and support of business processes within the Salesforce platform. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, gathering requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules).
· Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
· Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, or integrations is a plus.
· Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) to work with international teams.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving.
