Informatica IDMC Developer

We're Hiring: Informatica IDMC Developer
Location: Remote – India
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Work Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
Ideal Candidate: An experienced Informatica IDMC specialist with strong hands-on expertise in metadata engineering, enterprise data governance, custom catalog development, and data quality.

Required Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years of experience in Data Governance or Metadata Management.
✅ 3+ years of hands-on Informatica IDMC experience.
✅ Strong expertise in CDGC, MCC, CDP, CDQ, and IDMC administration.
✅ Proven experience building custom catalog sources and metadata ingestion frameworks.
✅ Experience designing custom metadata models and governance workflows.
✅ Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Python, JSON, XML, Git, and CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Informatica IDMC platform services.
• Implement and manage Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) and Metadata Command Center (MCC).
• Develop custom catalog sources, metadata scanners, and ingestion frameworks.
• Design and extend custom metadata models, asset types, attributes, and relationships.
• Configure Cloud Data Profiling (CDP) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
• Build metadata integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and Python.
• Manage API Center, security controls, runtime environments, and secure agents.
• Implement data lineage, metadata classification, governance workflows, and data quality monitoring.
Preferred Skills:
• Informatica Professional or Expert certifications.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, or AWS.
• Familiarity with Collibra, Apache Atlas, OpenMetadata, and data product operating models.
