Experience: 10 Years
Healthcare Testing: Relevant healthcare domain experience, : 5+ Years exp in Pega PCS (Product Composer System) & Stepwise
Job Summary
Senior Healthcare Testing Professional with 10 years of experience in software testing, including 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PCS (Product Composer System) and Stepwise. Experienced in healthcare insurance applications, product configuration, business rule validation, workflow testing, and end-to-end testing.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing of healthcare applications.
Test Pega PCS product configuration, benefits, coverage, business rules, and related workflows.
Validate Stepwise workflows, business scenarios, process execution, and system functionality.
Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform API testing using Postman or SOAP UI and database validation using SQL.
Validate healthcare application integrations, data flow, and business outcomes.
Log, track, and retest defects using Jira
Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect triage, and release validation.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and business teams to resolve issues.
Support test planning, execution reporting, requirement traceability, and quality assurance.
Required Technical Skills
Healthcare insurance domain knowledge.
Pega PCS (Product Composer System).
Stepwise workflow and functional testing.
Functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
API testing: Postman / SOAP UI.
Database testing: SQL.
Test management and defect tracking: Jira
Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and STLC.
Required Qualifications
10 years of overall software testing experience.
5+ years of experience in Pega PCS and Stepwise.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and defect management skills.
Experience in test case design, test execution, and cross-functional team collaboration.
