Senior Care Therapist (LSW/LPC)

Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about helping older adults navigate life's challenges with dignity and support?

We are seeking a therapist who is committed to enhancing the emotional well-being and quality of life of seniors in long-term care and community settings.
What You'll Do
Provide assessments and behavioral health evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver counseling and therapeutic interventions.
Support residents through life transitions, grief, loss, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
Collaborate with facility staff, healthcare providers, families, and community partners.
Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
What We're Looking For
✅ Ohio LSW or LPC license required
✅ Experience working with seniors or vulnerable populations preferred
✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✅ Commitment to ethical, person-centered care
✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
