📢 We’re Hiring: QA Automation Engineer – Selenium, C#/.NET
📍 Work Arrangement: Remote (Mexico)

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver, C#, and .NET to join our team and support quality engineering initiatives for banking and financial services applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining automation scripts and frameworks, executing regression and functional tests, and collaborating with development and QA teams to deliver reliable, high-quality applications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
Build, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Improve automation coverage, framework efficiency, and overall testing processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
🔹 Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Proficiency in C# programming and working knowledge of the .NET ecosystem.
Experience in QA automation, software testing, and automation framework development.
Understanding of testing methodologies and defect management.
Prior experience in banking or financial services applications.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with qTest / Tricentis qTest.
Familiarity with NUnit, xUnit, or SpecFlow.
Knowledge of banking applications, payment systems, lending platforms, credit cards, or digital banking.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
