Roustabout Division Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Roustabout Manager to lead field crews and oversee operations in the Sentry, ND area. The ideal candidate as at least 5 years of hands-on experience in oilfield roustabout work and is ready to step into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
Supervise roustabout crews and daily field operations
Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and compliant with regulations
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals
Maintain equipment and oversee logistics
Train and mentor new crew members
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of roustabout experience
Strong knowledge of oilfield operations, tools, and safety standards
Valid driver's license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be dependable and safety-conscious
