First Shift (4AM - 4:30PM) - 3x 12.5-hour shifts

Job Description
Responsible for providing assistance to our bindery team in a handwork capacity. Folding and packing boxes for example.
Education & Certification/Licensing Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools.
Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse work preferred.

Time management skills to meet deadlines.
Basic problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of standing in a fast paced and occasionally high stress production company setting.
Ability to work overtime during peak periods.
Extensive lifting, reaching and bending actions.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
Effective visual and hearing abilities, with or without aid, suitable for an office and production warehouse environment.
