Project Manager (Civil)

Role Description The Project Manager (Civil) will oversee end-to-end execution of civil construction projects, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and monitoring project activities, coordinating with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, and supervising on-site work progress. The role involves preparing project plans, managing resources, tracking costs, and addressing risks, issues, and delays through proactive problem-solving. The Project Manager will review drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Experience in Construction Management, with a track record of supervising on-site activities and managing contractors and vendors.
Solid Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
Ability to manage Budgeting and cost control, including monitoring expenditures and supporting project financial forecasts.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, equivalent) are an advantage.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices in civil construction.
Proficiency in project management and construction software tools, and strong analytical and reporting skills.
Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities, with capacity to work on-site in dynamic environments.
