Program Success Manager

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Program Success Manager to join our team in Talcher, Odisha. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, providing product training, and delivering ongoing support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor customer accounts to identify challenges and improvement opportunities.
Track customer interactions, feedback, and activities using CRM tools.
Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze customer data and satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure effective product usage and timely resolution of concerns.
Travel to client locations within the assigned region as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
