Fully Remote Entry Level Sales ($75,000 - $175,000)
Rosenberg Wealth Insurance is seeking licensed fully remote entry level sales agent to join our sales team. This role is designed for professionals who want the freedom to work from anywhere while building a sustainable, rewarding, performance-based career with strong systems and support in place.
Role OverviewAs a licensed remote entry level sales agent, you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance coverage. Your role is to provide clear guidance, recommend appropriate solutions, and support clients through the enrollment process—all in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video
Assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
Explain coverage options, pricing, and application steps clearly
Manage applications, follow-ups, and client records using company systems
Maintain compliance with state regulations and carrier guidelines
Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions

Qualifications
Active Life insurance license (required)
Prior life insurance sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage time independently in a remote environment
Ethical, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach
Compensation & Work Structure
Independent contractor (1099) position
Commission-based compensation with no earnings cap
Vested commissions from day one
