As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead expansion, identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and helping partners thrive with Ultraceuticals and the Sylton Observ.
What You'll Do
Drive new business: research, prospect, and onboard new partners in your region
Build lasting relationships: partner with owners and teams to support growth through sales strategy, events, and education
Collaborate across teams: work closely with Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align goals and ensure partner success
Showcase Innovation: represent our brands at trade shows, demos, and events
Stay organized and proactive: manage leads, pipelines, and reporting in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
3+ years of successful sales or business development experience - ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness
Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive national team
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willing to travel up to 60% of your work week within your region
Bonus - Cosmetology or Esthetics license or experience in spa operations

The team member in this position will be expected to work on-site. A computer, printer, and phone will be provided in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
