This position requires membership in the St. Louis Laborers Union (McGrath will assist with sponsorship if needed).
What you’ll actually be doing:
Performing concrete labor tasks including:
Form setup and breakdown
Blocking, strike-off, and finishing support
Assisting with jobsite setup, cleanup, and organization
Supporting demolition and general labor tasks
Assisting carpenters and other trades as needed
Following all safety procedures and identifying jobsite hazards
Taking direction from Superintendents and field leadership
What we’re looking for:
Concrete labor experience (journeyman level preferred)
3+ years of construction experience
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA 30 certification preferred
