What You'll Do
Assist experienced HVAC technicians with residential heating and cooling service, maintenance, and installations.
Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
Safely use HVAC tools and equipment.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
Must have completed HVAC school or an accredited HVAC training program.
EPA certification is required.
Candidates currently enrolled in school who have not yet completed their program will not be considered for this position.
Must be able to provide proof of EPA certification upon request.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs as needed.
Must be able to work in various environments, including indoor/outdoor job sites and varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate tools/equipment and follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Flexible weekend availability as needed
Compensation
$18–$20 per hour
