Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of SHA local Sales team;
Setting up pipeline and develop local business;
Monitor sales performance and drive the sales productivity improvement;
Familiar with SHA market on both Air and Ocean freight;
Familiar with industry and supply chain;
Be able to set up business develop plan and fulfill it.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experiences in global forwarding industry;
Minimum of 5 years sales management experience;
Good command of English;
Good communication and sales skills;
Bachelor degree and above.
