(DRS) Clerk Customer Service

For our office in Dresden we are looking for:
Clerk Customer Service (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support for national and international clients and customers.
Acceptance of inquiries or complaints, preparation of offers
Entry of orders in the company-specific transport management system
Invoice verification and correspondence with external service providers and specialist departments
Close cooperation with colleagues (m/f/d) in the customs department and transport planning
Development and optimization of existing and new processes
Reporting/shipment tracking
Ensuring that customer-specific KPIs are met.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training, e.g. B. Clerk for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or similar
Experience in telephone customer service and complaints management.
Excellent communication skills and experience in direct customer contact.
Confident German/English language skills, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Flexibility, ability to work in a team, independent working style, structured and commitment.

CargoWise knowledge is an advantage.
