LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an Athletic Trainer to join our team.
Location: Fort Benning, GA
Join the Team Optimizing the Performance of America's Soldiers
At LMR Technical Group, our mission is to improve the readiness, resilience, and performance of America's military. We are seeking highly motivated Certified Athletic Trainers to support the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Program, the Army's comprehensive initiative designed to maximize Soldier performance and readiness across the force.

Since its launch in 2018, H2F has expanded to dozens of active-duty brigades and is expected to reach more than 110 brigades by FY2027. The program has already demonstrated measurable improvements in Soldier readiness, including higher Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) pass rates, reduced musculoskeletal injuries, and improved overall health and resilience.
As an Athletic Trainer, you will work directly alongside Soldiers while collaborating with an elite interdisciplinary team of healthcare and performance professionals committed to keeping America's warfighters healthy, resilient, and mission ready.
Why Join LMR Technical Group?
