You'll travel to customers' homes in a company-provided repair van, diagnose and repair mobile devices, and deliver convenient, high-quality service. Enjoy the independence of working in the field while earning hourly pay plus commissions based on your performance.
WHAT YOU CAN EARN
$10/hour base pay
$12 commission for every successful repair
$5 commission for every screen protector sold
$25 commission for every Home+ protection plan sold
Top performers can earn the equivalent of $22+/hour, with weekly earning potential of $700+, depending on performance and sales

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Travel to customers' homes in a company-provided repair van
Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately
Provide convenient, professional, and friendly in-home service
Explain repair solutions and recommend appropriate device protection and support plans
Manage your daily schedule and service appointments
Maintain a professional attitude while delivering excellent customer experiences
WHAT YOU BRING
Must be at least 21 years old to meet company vehicle and driving requirements
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements
Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail is preferred
Working knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in the field
Willingness to travel locally to customer locations
Flexibility to work some weekends when needed
