In this role, you'll help clients achieve stability by building and strengthening relationships between clients and providers to support integrated, whole-person care. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults and/or adolescents in the mental health field
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related)
