What you'll do:
Diagnose and repair the toughest residential HVAC issues
Train and mentor apprentice technicians as we grow our team
Build strong customer relationships and educate on options
Keep accurate documentation in ServiceTitan
What you need:
5+ years of HVAC service/troubleshooting experience
Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset
Clean driving record, able to pass background check
Track record of low callbacks, high customer satisfaction
