As a Human Resources Specialist at C.A. Murren, you will be considered the trusted guide employees turn to when navigating one of the most personal and confusing parts of their job, their health benefits. At your best, you are a translator of complex information into plain, reassuring language, and a steady resource during a major shift in how our people access care. If you want a career where you are the calm, knowledgeable voice guiding people through change, this is the position for you!

Acts as the trusted resource for employees, supervisors, and managers on all benefits-related questions
