*1. IT RECRUITER (1.5 - 4 Years)*
*Job Description:*
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who can source, screen, and hire top IT talent for our clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Sourcing profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles - Java, Python, .Net, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud, SAP etc.
- Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews
- Coordinating with clients and hiring managers for requirements
- Maintaining database and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Handling offer negotiation and onboarding follow-ups
*Required Skills:*
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT skills and latest technologies
- Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS / LinkedIn Sourcing)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
*2. NON-IT RECRUITER (1.5 - 4 Years)*
*Job Description:*
Looking for a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring, mid-level, and senior-level hiring for Non-IT domains.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Sourcing candidates for Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, BPO, Banking etc.
- Handling bulk hiring, volume hiring and lateral hiring
- Sourcing through portals, references, and social media
- Client coordination and requirement understanding
- Conducting interviews and managing the complete hiring cycle
*Required Skills:*
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in Non-IT / Bulk Recruitment
- Experience in hiring for Sales, BPO, Finance, or any Non-IT domain
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals
- Good communication skills in English & Telugu/Hindi
- Ability to close positions within TAT
