🚀 We're Hiring | Motion Designer (Branding & Character Animation)
Mahart Tefl is looking for a creative and talented Motion Designer to join our team and help bring our brand and characters to life!
We are an EdTech platform focused on children's learning and development. We already have an established brand identity and original characters, and we're looking for someone who can transform them into engaging animations and consistently produce high-quality video content.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
Animate our original brand characters (2D Character Animation).
Develop and maintain a consistent Motion Identity aligned with our existing brand guidelines.
Produce promotional, educational, and app explainer videos.
Create reusable motion templates for ongoing content production.
Bring creative ideas to life through storytelling, animation, and visual effects.
✅ Requirements:
Strong experience in Motion Graphics and 2D Animation.
Good understanding of Branding, Visual Identity, and Brand Guidelines.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and other relevant animation tools.
Experience in Character Animation and visual storytelling.
Ability to consistently deliver creative, high-quality video content.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork.
⭐ Nice to Have:
Previous experience working with Kids Apps, EdTech platforms, or children's educational content.
Experience developing Motion Identity for brands.
Experience using AI-powered creative tools for animation, video generation, character animation, and content production.
Familiarity with tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI tools.
Ability to combine traditional motion design with AI workflows while maintaining brand consistency.
