At Lumiture, we're building next-generation solutions that fuse AI, data, and modern engineering to power intelligent experiences across industries. We're not just coding apps - we're shaping how technology helps businesses think, learn, and evolve.
If you love solving big problems, experimenting with cutting-edge tools, and making an impact from day one, you'll feel right at home here.
The Role:
The Integration Team plays a critical role in helping customers deploy fraud, risk, and compliance products quickly and successfully, serving as the technical bridge between customer environments and our platform.
You'll own implementations end to end, working across APIs, webhooks, data mapping, event-driven workflows, and production issues to deliver scalable, high-quality integrations. You’ll partner closely with customers and cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and post-sales to solve technical problems, unblock deployments, and create a best-in-class implementation experience.
We’re looking for people who are deeply technical, highly hands-on, and excited to build in a fast-paced startup environment, whether as a strong individual contributor or as a player-coach helping lead and grow the team.
What you’ll be doing
Lead, and develop a high-performing integration team focused on delivering seamless client onboarding and scalable technical solutions.
Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success
Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities
Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing the latest technology
Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground
What you’ll need
An active top secret clearance
7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
