Social Media Client Success Manager (Remote)

Content Launch is a full-service content agency that helps service-based businesses grow through organic short-form video. We handle the whole pipeline — strategy, scripting, filming, editing, posting — so our clients can focus on running their business.
We're looking for a Client Success Manager who's equal parts relationship-builder and social media expert. You'll own client relationships, lead calls, manage expectations, and keep accounts happy — but you also need to actually understand short-form content, not just manage it.
Please note this is a 1099 contractor role and we are hiring immediately!
What you'll do:
Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Lead weekly status calls/check-ins with confidence
Translate client goals into clear direction for our creative team
Handle concerns, manage expectations, and grow accounts
Analyze content strategy to ensure client social growth
You're a fit if you:
Have client-facing experience (agency background is a big plus)
Understand what makes social short-form content perform — hooks, retention, conversion — not just vanity metrics
Communicate clearly and stay cool in tough conversations
Are organized enough to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
Are based in the US
