The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Deliver a personalised and high-quality customer experience, supporting all aspects of the sales journey.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and payments.
Maintain store standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Replenish stock and support inventory accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.
Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Support visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
Be able to communicate fluently in English
Good organisational skills
Well controlled and patient when dealing with clients
Must be customer focused
Must be flexible in approach, and able to work shifts
